The Scream of writing review

First of all I have to sharing about writing review which is called "The Scream". The Scream is the popular name given to each of four versions of compositions, created as both paintings and pastels, by the Expressionist artist Edvard Munch between 1893 and 1910. The Scream of Nature is the title Munch gave to these works, all of which show a figure with an agonized expression against a landscape with a tumultuous orange sky. Arthur Lubow has described The Scream as "an icon of modern art, a Mona Lisa for our time." Unfortunately in 1908, Munch suffered a nervous breakdown, after which his portrait paintings forever were changed by this traumatic experience. Form this nervous breakdown came out one of the most significant works of art, along all lines regardless of secular viewpoints.

The Scream is the most important and work known work of art by Edward munch, and has been the subject of many discuss groups, and continues to this day, to be a point of argument and conjecture. The painting is marvelously done in only a few basic and primal colors. This is unusual for work of this time era as many of the competitive and collaborate artist of Munch, used a multitude, almost a plethora of basic colors and joined-mixed colors, too attempt to recreate, the effect of natural beauty in both nature and portraits.

What Munch done is to create a very strong emotional painting and use only a basic set of naturally occurring coloration options. Set near a bridge, and what could have been any number of bridges in Norway of western Europe, the painting shows a man in terror or at least distress, covering his ears, as two individuals are seen walking away. The clouds and the river make The Scream, very interesting to loom at and think about. With so much emotional appeal and so much theory about the cause and effect of The Scream, one would be hard-pressed to find another painting that is so intertwined in controversy, and perfection, all at once.

The Scream, offers a plethora of emotions, from fear and panic, to excitement, and even rage. In the end only Munch truly knows what The Scream is trying to say, and the story has it that he took that to his grave, in 1944. Edward Munch, and The Scream, is two of the most indelible and penetrating works of art in all of the world's portrait painting endeavors. Munch created several versions of the screen and also use several different forms of media, as well here it the Munch museum presently holds two of the painted versions, and one solitary pastel variation of these screen. The National Gallery of Norway holds the only other painted version, which is the one that most people are most readily familiar with. All in all any version of The Scream, by Edward Munch, is a priceless entity and one that will be argued about, till the end of time.

Blogger interview questions

So you want to know more? Here are some of the more commonly asked questions, seperated into categories.

Personal:

When and why did you start your blog?

It was April 2009 when i started my blog. I wanted to capture the looks and clothes I had and I've always felt bad not writing a diary, so a blog was a perfect solution! I also thought that it would be a good way of sharing ideas on the way I dress to people who has the same interest as myself.

Why do people read your blog?

I've been told I am funny, honest, open, and give interesting viewpoints. Or maybe it's my statement-making hairstyle that's been grabbing people's attention. It may also be the high-quality pictures I posted, which could have brought greater emphasis on the details of my outfit.

Advertising /Sponsorship

How much does it cost to advertise with you?

Blog advertorial : RM3,500 and up
Sidebar banner :  RM500 a month
You Tube : RM4,000 per month
Facebook : RM300
Twitter : RM300

Above are in Malaysia Ringgit. All ads must be specific as and ad. I don't do ads for blogshops or coupon site anymore. If you are okay with all these, you can email me at joyce.lee@blogspot.com

Will you help people to advertise about charity/ lost pet / kin who is ill and needs donations?

Most likely not. I receive way too many of these request and it is not really what my blog is about. However, as an animal lover, I fully support the banning of animal slaughtery to be made as fashion items such as reptile shoes and belts, or even their fur as coats and scarves. As my beliefs are not something I share publicly on my blog, I would prefer to keep them to myself as I feel that I don't have the rights to influence my reader on their personal beliefs. Thus one of the reasons why I decline non-fashion-related advertisements.

Style / Fashion / Shopping:

You look so fashionable! Has fashion always been a big part of your life?

First of all, thank you so much! I've been into fashion since 13 and it is definitely a major part of my life ever since then. I love fashion because it makes me happy. I have been surrounded by creative people since young- my grandmother was seamstresses and my uncle is an interior designer, so that is where i got influenced the most. It has also been a medium for me to express my personally through my outerwear.

You are an art student and want to get a degree in Fashion Design. What is your dream for the future when it comes to fashion?

After graduating Fashion school, my dream future would be to work at well-known fashion label or have a career in a fashion magazine! Another recent dream would be becoming a fashion photographer as photography has become another new love of mine.

Your blog is often about your style. How would you describe your personal style?

There is no one word that describes my style. My personal style is trendy. My dressing is influenced by what people don't wear because I love being an individual in fashion. I believe that everyone should have an unique style because what you wear definitely reflects your personality.

You are from Malaysia and live in ireland. Who are your favorite designers in these countries?

In Ireland, local designers I like are Don O'Neill and Lainey Keogh. I've been in Ireland for 2 years so i yet to have my favourite designers from Malaysia. But Malaysia is a definitely a country which has a bigger fashion industry than Ireland.

What is according to you an absolute must-have for this summer?

An absolute must-have for this summer, first of all has to be Sunscreen, SPF is deadly important for sunny summer days! Fashion-wise, wide-brim hats, espadrille wedges, vintage denim cut-offs, flawy maxi dresses and anything aztec, crochet or pastel!

Your blog is very popular. Can you give advice to girl that want to become a fashion blogger?

If you want to start a fashion blog, you must have the confidence to post outfit pictures of yourself because the entire world might view it. Don't copy from other fashion blogs, but do take inspiration. if you intend for your blog to be photographic, invest in a good camera because low quality photos can look unprofessional and wouldn't be as attractive for the readers because couldn't look into details of your outfit. Blog for enjoyment not for anything else.
